Tracked Golf turns two on 1 November 2026, and we’re celebrating early with a week of thank-you offers.

1. Anniversary Membership Offers
Purchase or renew from 21–27 October 2026.
Enjoy a little extra playing time, with our thanks for choosing Tracked Golf.
Off-Peak Memberships
3-Month Off-Peak Membership — $499
- 2 hours per week for 3 months.
- Plus 4 complimentary Off-Peak hours, to use within your 3-month membership.
- Use a maximum of 1 complimentary hour per week, in addition to your regular 2-hour weekly allowance. The 4 complimentary hours cannot all be used in one week.
12-Month Off-Peak Membership — $1,599
- 2 hours per week for 12 months.
- Plus 12 complimentary Off-Peak hours, to use within your 12-month membership.
- Use a maximum of 1 complimentary hour per week, in addition to your regular 2-hour weekly allowance. The 12 complimentary hours cannot all be used in one week.
All Access Hour Packs
20-Hour Pack — $699
- Plus 2 complimentary hours.
- Valid for 6 months from activation.
30-Hour Pack — $899
- Plus 3 complimentary hours.
- Valid for 12 months from activation.
40-Hour Pack — $999
- Plus 4 complimentary hours.
- Valid for 12 months from activation.
Starter Pack
10-Hour Starter Pack — $349
- Plus 1 complimentary hour.
- Valid for 3 months from activation.
- Available only to customers who have never purchased a Starter Pack at Tracked Golf.
- Limit one Starter Pack per person.
Off-Peak Access Times
Sunday and Monday: All day.
Tuesday to Friday: Midnight–5pm and 10pm–midnight.
Saturday: Midnight–10am and 10pm–midnight.
Membership Offer Terms & Conditions
- Anniversary complimentary hours apply to new membership and hour-pack purchases, renewals, and purchases by returning members made from 21–27 October 2026.
- Starter Pack eligibility restrictions apply.
- For both the 3-month and 12-month Off-Peak memberships, a maximum of 1 complimentary Off-Peak hour may be used per week, in addition to the regular 2-hour weekly allowance.
- Complimentary Off-Peak hours must be spread across multiple weeks and cannot all be redeemed in a single week.
- Regular weekly Off-Peak hours do not roll over.
- All complimentary hours expire with the associated membership or hour pack.
- For early Off-Peak renewals, your new membership term begins when your current membership expires.
- Hour-pack validity begins on activation, not purchase. Hour packs must be activated within 12 months of purchase.
- Anniversary offers cannot be combined with other promotions.

Get feedback on your swing and a clearer direction for your practice.
Who Can Book?
- Current members.
- Members who renew during the anniversary promotion.
- New members who join during the anniversary promotion.
Available across all membership options, including all hour packs and the Starter Pack.
When Do Assessments Take Place?
Thursday 29 October 2026, between 12pm and 2pm.
Each assessment lasts 30 minutes. Appointments are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
How to Book
Submit your booking request from 21–27 October 2026.

These sessions are not available for online booking. Your appointment is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation email from our team.
Swing Assessment Terms & Conditions
- Advance booking is required, with one complimentary assessment per person.
- Booking requests must be submitted from 21–27 October 2026, subject to remaining appointment availability.
- Assessment appointments take place only on Tuesday 27 October 2026, between 10am and 12pm.
- No additional coaching or bay fees apply.
- The assessment will not be deducted from your membership hours.
- The offer closes once all appointments are booked.
- Unavailable or unclaimed assessments cannot be carried forward or exchanged for credit.
3. A Drink on Us
Available 21–27 October 2026.
Enjoy one complimentary drink during anniversary week as a small thank-you for your support.
Who Is Eligible?
Members: Current members and hour-pack holders, new joiners, and former members who book and visit during the promotion.
Returning guests: Guests who have completed 6 or more bookings at Tracked Golf in the past two years.
What Can You Choose?
Choose any drink from our range, including beer.
How to Redeem
Redeem your complimentary drink in person during anniversary week. Guest eligibility will be verified against booking history.

- One complimentary drink per eligible person during 21–27 October 2026.
- Redeemable in person only.
- All drinks in our range are included, including beer.
- Alcoholic drinks are available only to guests aged 18 and over. Responsible service of alcohol applies.
- Unclaimed drinks cannot be carried forward.
4. Enjoy 20% Off Your Next Guest Visit
Complete a paid guest booking from 21–27 October 2026 and receive 20% off your individual playing fee on your next guest booking.
How It Works
- Play during anniversary week. Complete a paid guest booking from 21–27 October.
- Receive your offer. We’ll send it by SMS after your visit, with redemption instructions and validity dates.
- Save on your next visit. Follow the SMS instructions to redeem your discount within the stated dates.
Who Can Use the Offer?
The offer is for the person who made the original booking and received the SMS.
The discount applies to that person’s playing fee only, not to the total booking or other players’ fees.
Guest Return Offer Terms & Conditions
- The qualifying paid guest booking must be completed from 21–27 October 2026.
- The offer is non-transferable.
- Valid for one future guest visit, within the validity dates stated in the SMS.
- Not valid with membership hours, hour packs or other booking discounts.
- Redemption instructions and applicable conditions will be included in the SMS.
